Anti-Human Trafficking Cell Police have rescued seven children who were found working at various establishments in the city. According to sources, a team led by Sub Inspector S. Jayadevi rescued four 15-year-old boys, an 11-year-old, a 14-year-old and a 16-year-old. One of the rescued boys was from Rajasthan.

They were working at refuelling stations, automobile workshops, at the kitchen of a snack shop, bakery, bicycle repair shop and grocery store.

The Police handed over the boys to Don Bosco Anbu Illam.
