MADURAI: All the Class X students of the Kendriya Vidyalaya at Narimedu here have cleared the Board exams this year.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), which had introduced the grading system from this year, announced the results on Friday.
V. Rajagopal, Principal, said that all the 158 students who appeared had cleared the examinations.
The practice of declaring a candidate failed was done away with by the CBSE.
Venitia Varghese, the girl who got A-1 Grade in all the five subjects, was the school topper this year.
The Principal said that while only Venitia got the A-1 grade, 27 students got A-2 grade.
The Principal said that the CBSE had introduced a nine-point scale under the new grading system.
Students who score 91 to 100 marks would be given A-1 grade.
