BusinessLine Club launched at Paavai

A lecture on Future Challenges of Young Managers was organised by The Hindu BusinessLine at Paavai Engineering College at the inauguration of the ‘BusinessLine Club' in the college recently. A. Bhanurekha, Head of Training at L&T InfoTech, was the guest speaker at the event.

During her lecture, she elaborated on the current status of job employment opportunities in the present era and focused on unique skills that students should develop to build their career.

She said that professional graduates should concentrate on personal projection which included interpersonal skills, communication skills, adaptability, humility, empathy and functional competencies.

The entire session was interactive as the chief guest motivated students to create self-awareness about them in order to compete with the challenging world.

Regional Manager of The Hindu (Salem) R. Premanand, Chairman of Paavai Institutions N.V. Natarajan and Correspondent Mangai Natarajan were also present at the session.
