Bharatgas of the Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) has launched a customer-centric transparency portal which simplifies the process of booking and tracking of cylinder for every LPG connection.

The portal was launched after a briefing by territory manager of Bharatgas, Coimbatore, S.K. Ashok Dharmaraj in the presence of district supply officer R. Gunalan. The ceremony was followed by a presentation on the portal usage and its benefits.

By creating a user ID, the portal could be accessed through and The portal will help book a refill, track the process of the booking request, generation of cash memo and delivery of the same. The portal has information about multiple connections taken by customers, subsidy rate passed on to the customer based on the number of refills delivered and the total number of customers with each of the LPG distributors.


The website also provides complete details of each customer with their consumer number, name, address and number of cylinders supplied as well as the indicative subsidy amount for the cylinders supplied.

Awareness on safety measures, right quantity and right quality maintained as per assurance, pre-delivery inspection done by the Bharatgas deliverymen on the customer’s premises, and energy conservation tips while using LPG cylinder were also given to the consumers during the launch. A live demonstration was conducted on the usage of pre-delivery inspection kit.
