THANJAVUR: A large number of members of the Thanjavur Town Auto Workers Union (affiliated to AITUC) took out ‘Tyagachudar' torch rally in auto rickshaws on Wednesday from Thanjavur town to Pattukottai to observe the sacrifice by three workers Iranian, Arumugam and Sivaraman. C. Chandrakumar, State vice-president of AITUC inaugurated the rally and the torch was received by AITUC State president A.M. Gopu at Pattukottai. Rousing reception was given to the rally at many places from Thanjavur to Pattukottai.
