Project officer inspects works

R. Sakthivel, project officer, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA), inspected the progress of development works in Pudukottai union on Friday. Mr. Sakthivel inspected the work on the construction of 10 green houses in Mullur panchayat and the repair works in toilets, anganwadi and kitchen of the local government school under the integrated school infrastructure development scheme. He checked the progress on an auditorium under construction at an outlay of Rs.17 lakh under the self-sufficiency scheme in the village. At Kandankaranpatti village in Vadavalam panchayat, he inspected the work on laying tar road (Rs.11 lakh), a creation ground (Rs.2.36 lakh), and a causeway (Rs.3 lakh).
