Coimbatore: Hewlett-Packard has launched a programme to popularise its products in major upcoming markets in the country, including Coimbatore.

Subhadeep Bhattacharya, Small and Medium Businesses Marketing Manager, Hewlett-Packard India Sales Pvt. Ltd., told The Hindu here on Wednesday that the company had already organised road shows for potential customers in Nasik and Indore, before coming to the city.

"We will be going to Jaipur, Vizag, Mysore, Surat, Guwahati and Ludhiana next. We hope to cover 40 cities by the end of the year and interact with about 100 customers in each place," he noted.

The company had chosen Coimbatore for one of its road shows because the city was home to manufacturing units.
