NAGAPATTINAM: A counselling programme for creating hindrance-free public buildings for the physically challenged was conducted at the district Collectorate. It was chaired by Collector C. Munianathan. The Collector stated that hindrance-free environment should be ensured in all constructions taken up by the administration. Changes would be made in existing structures to ensure hindrance-free access.
