CHENNAI: As part of its 80th inaugural day celebrations, Andhra Chamber of Commerce (ACC), Chennai has decided to honour its long-standing members and advisors every year.

On Thursday, ACC’s senior most former president V.R. Bakthavatsalam honoured three members and gave them Commendation Award for rendering sustained membership support to the Chamber for over 50 years.

Special felicitation was offered to R. V. Sundareswaran and V. A. Varadhan on their retirement from the Chambers’ Panel of Honorary Advisors after providing free consultancy services for over two decades.

The ACC also felicitated 12 honorary advisors. ACC president Baboolal P Rathore said the Chamber has over 1,460 members spread across the country.
