Software to aid stock market investors launched

MADURAI: For those deterred from stepping into the stock market by its complexity and sheer volume of numbers involved, a solution has come in the form of a software, aptly christened `InVest,' that makes the business much easier.

Launched in National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) by `Vest Technologies,' this share management software hopes to aid investors in accounting and analysing their shares and subsequent transactions.

A live demonstration of the software was conducted here on Saturday at a function held to mark its launch in the Temple City.

The software will cut down the time investors spend on scrutinising their portfolios by as much as three-fourth, claim the company officials.

The software will automatically update the market values of the required shares on a daily basis besides updating 4,000 scrips of BSE and NSE.

Provisions for graphing the price trends for the last 21 months have also been provided in the software besides the option of viewing the moving average.

A range of other features such as intra-day profit/loss statements, trend analysis of scrips, tracking the Initial Public Offerings and calculating the Income Tax have also been imbibed into the software.

A demonstration of this product can be had from the company's website:
