CHENNAI: Tata Teleservices has introduced various flexi-payment options for users.
For online payments, Tata Indicom subscribers can log on to http://www.tataindicom.com/myaccount.aspx on “My Account” on TATA Indicom and pay your bills from any corner of the world. The “Easy ‘n’ Secure” payment allows customers to pay by credit card, net banking or the ‘ebill pay’ mode where one can just view and pay bills online and pay by debiting from bank account. Under “Auto Pay” option, subscribers can issue standing instruction to credit card bank or company for automatic debits against monthly bills.
Tata Indicom has also extended a facility to pay through SMS where the user can specify bank account and Tata Indicom phone details and send a text message. The service provider is also accepting ITZ Cash Cards –the prepaid cash card –which can be used for paying TATA Indicom (Mobile/Walky) bills.
The customers just have to send an SMS to 121 with the keyword Paybill along with the amount to be paid and the ITZ card number and Pin.
A tie-up with ‘Oxigen’ –a network of neighborhood retail outlets –facilitates cash payments of postpaid bills. There is no service charge.
