MADURAI: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited has set up an integrated customer service centre at Central Telegraph Office (CTO) Complex here.

All customer-related activities hitherto provided through customer service centre, mobile customer service representative, bill collection centre and CTO at various locations in the Tallakulam BSNL complex would be available at the new air-conditioned office, the BSNL General Manager, V.K. Sanjeevi, said in a statement.

From 8 a.m.

It would function between 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on all days. Counters for landline and cellphone bills would collect cash from 8 a.m. to 7.30 a.m. and cheques from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

It will function as a single window for registration of new phone connections, landline, wireless in local loop mobile and broadband connections, sale of ITC, Calls Now cards, Sancharnet cards, recharge coupons, top up cards, dummy cards, booking of telegrams, provision of public call facilities, registration of all kinds of complaints, payment of bills and sale of SIM cards.

The facility is being provided during the Year of Customer Care 2008.
