CHENNAI: The Tamil Nadu Advocates Association has requested the Chief Minister to instruct the police to forthwith desist from harassing advocates and their family members.

In a letter addressed to the Chief Minister, the association president, S. Prabakaran, said the organisation strongly condemned ‘harassment’ of family members of advocates in Nagercoil. Suitable action should be taken against erring officials, he said. — Special Correspondent
