Dharmapuri: Students of National Child Labour Project (NCLP)-run special schools along with students of regular schools took a rally here on Wednesday to create awareness among the public against child labour as well as to highlight the problems of children working in hazardous and non-hazardous occupations.

The rally started from the Adhiyaman Government Boys Higher Secondary School, which was flagged off by Collector M. Chandrasekaran. The Collector took part in the rally and pasted Anti-Child Labour labels on vehicles, at shops and other business establishments.

The students later carried on their awareness campaign through the important lanes and main thoroughfares .
