COIMBATORE: Air Marshal S. Mukerji, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Southern Air Command, Indian Air Force, is on a visit to 43Wing AF, Air Force Station, Sulur, on Thursday and Friday.

According to an official release, this is his first visit after taking over command. He was received by Air Commodore V.D. Galgali, Air Officer Commanding, 5 BRD, and Group Captain B.K. Dash, Station Commander, 43 Wing AF.

The Air Marshal took stock of the operations undertaken by the flying units and the functioning of various departments.

He interacted with the officers and other personnel of the station.
