ECE Association of College of Engineering, Guindy to conduct technical symposium

CHENNAI: The ECE Association, College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University is conducting a national level technical symposium, VISION 06 in February.

It includes EXHIVISION, a national level technical project display, workshops on various cutting-edge technologies, and a host of technical and non-technical events.

This time, Vision 06 includes an online VLSI contest, e-CHIP, which is open to corporate professionals and engineering college students.

The online event comprises challenging problems and intriguing questions on various topics of VLSI design such as Behavioural modelling, Mixed signal, RF, Signal Integrity issues, Low power Signal Processing, Hardware-Software Co design and so on.

The events begin on January 21 and closes on January 22. Only individuals can participate.

Participants have to register by logging on to www.vision-06/org/vision/vslireg.htm, on or before January 20.

Participants have to send their solutions as an attachment (MS WORD or PDF format) to echip@vision-06.org.

Rotaract talent contest

The Rotract Club of A.C. College of Technology, Anna University is conducting Bharathiyam and Gravity 2006 on January 21 and 22.

Bharathiyam is the annual talent competition for school students that includes art and literary events, quizzes, light music, speech and computer contests. Gravity'06 is a science exhibition also to be inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of Anna University, D. Viswanathan.
