Ayyappan (Karur); T. Duraiswamy (Additional District Judge and Presiding Officer, Principal Special Court under the Essential Commodities Act, Chennai); M. Velu (III Additional Judge, Chennai); A. Ahamadullah (IV Additional Judge, Chennai); P. Shanmugam (V Additional Judge, Chennai); K. Nazir Ahamed (Sivaganga); T. Mathivanan (Dharmapuri); R. Karuppiah (Madurai); S.
