The two wild tuskers that were driven away from the vicinity of the city are suspected to have returned to areas near Gopalpur beach resort.

Though people of the area said they were hiding within dense vegetation near Bauxipalli, forest officials said they were yet to locate the wild pachyderms.

Berhampur DFO A.K.Jena said a team of forest officials were searching for them in the area to keep them away from human habitat.
