Gumla (Jharkhand): Three suspected ultras of the People’s Liberation Front of India (PLFI) have been lynched by villagers of Kumaria in the district, police said on Saturday.

Rajendra Sahu, Hiralal Sahu and Sanjay Sahu, who allegedly belonged to the banned PLFI, went to Kumaria on Saturday night and asked some villagers about the whereabouts of a contractor, Badnu Kharia.

The trio allegedly beat them up when the villagers pleaded ignorance. In retaliation, the villagers managed to overpower the ultras and lynched them, the police said.
