BHUBANESWAR: The stage is set for the 16th festival of the differently-abled children at Jayadev Bhavan in the capital on Friday evening. The exciting event is being hosted by the Cuttack-based Sahaya, centre for special children set up by the State Brach of Indian Red Cross Society.

Sahaya honorary secretary and noted social activist Mrinalini Padhi informed that Governor M.C.Bhandare would inaugurate the event that would showcase dance drama Sri Ganesh by the mentally challenged children of Sahaya followed by dance by the hearing impaired children of Punnyashrama of Talcher .
