BHUBANESWAR: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday directed the State Pollution Control Board to probe the alleged oil spill off Paradip coast. Mr. Patnaik asked the SPCB to look into the issue following reports about the oil spill from a Mongolian vessel that sunk off Paradip coast recently.

A team of experts from SPCB had already reached Paradip to take stock of the situation, the government said in a statement.
