The company sources claimed that this project would generate employment directly or indirectly for at least 4000 localites of the area. Since past few years the company has started developmental projects for the inhabitants of the area who would be affected by the project.

It would increase scope of employment of local youths when the project would start.
The company sources claimed that they had started measures to enhance road and irrigation facility in the project area and its adjoining region.
They are providing financial assistance to the Women Self Help Groups (WSHG) of the villages near the proposed area. A tailoring unit for women has been started in the area and women who undergo training in tailoring are being provided sewing machines by the company.
