CHANDIGARH: Maharishi Dayanand University in Rohtak, 70 km from Delhi, has extended the last date for receipt of applications for admission to the University Teaching Departments (UTD) in respect of foreign students.
An official spokesman said foreign students could submit application forms without late fee up to July 15 and thereafter with late fee of Rs.1,000 up to August 30.
He said the University had also made arrangements for smooth and fair conduct of State- level MBBS, BDS and BAMS (Haryana PMT 2008) entrance examination on July 6.
As many as 7,500 candidates would be taking the entrance examination and 33 examination centres have been established in Rohtak.
“The University has dispatched admit cards to all the eligible candidates. Candidates failing to receive the admit cards could contact the R-II branch of the University on July 5 for duplicate admit card.
All such candidates should bring attested photograph and deposit requisite fee,” said the spokesman.
