Law Minister inaugurates tribal festval
Koraput: The 11th State-level Tribal Festival - Parab -- was inaugurated by Law Minister Biswabhusan Harichandan. Highlighting the rich tribal culture and tradition of Koraput district along with its historical background, he said the history and culture of Orissa would be incomplete without including Koraput. This year's stage for the festival has been designed as a replica of the historic Batrish Singhasan, the great seat of justice of Nandapur. Speaking on the importance of the replica he said that the State was in a challenging position to provide justice to one and all and at every doorstep.
