Ranchi: The Jharkhand Truckers Association (JTA) and The Ranchi Goods Association (RGA) on Tuesday called a dawn-to-dusk Ranchi bandh on March 19 in protest against what they alleged increasing crime graph in the state capital. “Today (Wednesday) we will stage a protest march to Raj Bhavan and on Thursday the two associations will observe Ranchi bandh,” the presidents of both the organisations told a press conference here.

‘Frequent attacks’

Condemning the killing of trader R K Dhanuka here on Saturday last, they expressed concern over frequent attacks on traders in the state capital.
