Bhopal: Owing possibly to the deteriorating law and order situation in the State, the Madhya Pradesh Government issued orders for the transfer of 45 officers of the Indian Police Service (IPS) in a major administrative reshuffle on Saturday here.

ADG Intelligence, Surendra Singh, has been posted as ADG, Special Armed Forces (SAF); ADG, Railway, R.K. Shukla, as ADG, Intelligence and D.M. Mitra as ADG, Railway (Narcotics).
