PUDUCHERRY: Common infrastructure facilities for the villagers of Aripattakam Nathamedu near Nettapakkam were thrown open to the public on Tuesday.

Industries and Power Minister V. Vaithilingam, who represents the Nettapakkam constituency, along with Tourism Minister Malladi Krishna Rao and Member of Rajya Sabha V. Narayanasamy inaugurated the facilities constructed at a cost of about Rs. 23 lakh. The facilities included two community halls, two anganwadi centres and a stage to organise cultural shows. Mr. Vaithilingam said the amenities were provided using Member of Parliament Local Area Development and MLA’s Constituency Development funds.
