Lucknow: As many as 45 BSP workers were injured, some of them seriously, in separate road accidents in the State since Monday night, a Home Department spokesmen said on Wednesday. Twenty-eight BSP workers were injured when the bus in which they were coming to Lucknow from Mirizapur fell in a roadside ditch near Samriyagaran village of Rae Bareli, the spokesmen said. In another accident in Rae Bareli, four workers were seriously injured and rushed to trauma centre, Lucknow after their jeep from Naini, Allahabad met with an accident near Bachcharawan, the spokesman said.

In Farrukhabad, a marshal jeep dashed into a roadside tree in Rajepur police station injuring 11 party workers, the spokesman said.
