PUDUCHERRY: A flash road roko by the students of Adi Dravidar Welfare hostel in Krishna Nagar brought traffic to a standstill along the 100 Feet Road on Friday afternoon.

All of a sudden around 50 students from the hostel came to the Rajiv Gandhi signal and formed a human chain blocking junction.

The students were agitated over the alleged neglect by the General Hospital in treating a student who fell down from the second floor of the hostel on June 18.

They withdrew the blockade after an assurance that the student was stable and there was no need for further treatment.
