Rajgarh: Two children drowned in Nabbapura village after they were swept by strong current in a swollen drain, police said on Saturday. The incident took place last evening when both the victims -- Radheshayam Sondhiya (8), Sheela Sondhiya (7) along with another child Peeru were crossing the ‘nullah’ to take their cattle for grazing on the other side, they said. The parents of the children became panicky after they did not return last night following which searches were conducted and their bodies were fished out of the drain, police said. Peeru managed to survive after he clung to a tree branch over the drain, police added.
