An owner of two private colleges in the Capital and neighbouring Faridabad and his accomplice has been arrested by the Special Cell of the Delhi Police for allegedly selling fake degrees. The police claim to have seized 37 forged degrees from them.

The two, who were operating for the past one year, allegedly disclosed that they arranged the documents from three other persons. The police have identified the mastermind behind the racket and a hunt has been launched for him.
