The Haryana Police have arrested two persons who were found in possession of various kinds of caged birds and a rabbit intended for sale at their shops near Anangpur Chowk of Surajkund in Faridabad district.

An official spokesman said here on Sunday that Gaurav Gupta, a resident of Delhi, had lodged a complaint in this regard. A police team raided the two shops and found 52 birds and a rabbit kept in cages. The accused have been identified as Amir of Greenfield Colony, Surajkund, and Anil Kumar, a resident of village Anangpur.
