The body of Italian restaurant manager, Rajeev Jolly Wilson, was laid to rest at a cemetery in Paharganj here on Thursday following post-mortem by a medical board at JPN Hospital.

“The post-mortem began in the morning and the body was handed over to us around 3 p.m. The burial took place at a Christian cemetery later in the day. Several relatives and friends were present,” said Wilson's relative Manu David.

The police said further action would be decided based on the post-mortem report which is expected in a couple of days.

Mr. Wilson, manager of Amici restaurant at Khan Market, had died after he was allegedly hit by a vehicle driven by airline pilot Vikas Agrawal following an altercation in the posh Khan Market area on Tuesday.

Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife Neti and six-year-old son Joshua. Ms. Wilson works for a private firm in Noida.
