NEW DELHI: The annual week-long festival of “Phool Walon Ki Sair” that symbolises communal harmony and national integration will be inaugurated by Delhi’s Lieutenant-Governor Tejendra Khanna at Raj Niwas here on Thursday.

Members of all communities will present a colourful “pankha” to the L-G. Later members of Anjuman Sair-e-Gul-Faroshan, which traditionally organises this historic festival, will felicitate Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit with an embroidered “pankha”.
