People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (India) in association with Shoobh Group has launched a photo and art contest to introduce animal welfare in schools as an extra-curricular activity.

The People ‘n' Animal contest intends to teach young minds to have respect and compassion for animals.

“Animals give us opportunities to use art tools – canvas, video cameras and films – to capture those wonderful moments. This contest is the perfect platform for emerging talent,” said PETA-India head Poorva Joshipura.
