NEW DELHI: Power distribution company North Delhi Power Limited on Tuesday announced the launch of a mobile consumer grievance redress forum. The forum will be organised every Tuesday and every second and fourth Thursday of the month at NDPL district offices on a rotational basis. Consumers would be notified about the location of the mobile CGRF in advance.
Said a NDPL official: "The mobile CGRF aims at further strengthening the existing process of handling consumer complaints and providing them with more personalised avenues to lodge their complaints."
The first mobile forum was organised at the Keshavpuram district office on Tuesday.
