Five newly-introduced mobile Municipal Corporation of Delhi dispensaries would now operate in North-East Delhi and the trans-Yamuna areas which were so far not medically covered or were under-covered. The mobile dispensaries were flagged off by DPCC chief J. P. Agarwal on Thursday.

Procured at a cost of Rs.30 lakh, these dispensaries have been fully funded out of Mr. Agarwal's MP fund and would be managed by the MCD. They will provide medical facilities to areas including Ghonda, Nehru Vihar, Mustaffabad, Sunder Nagri, Seemapuri, Dilshad Colony, New Seemapuri, Subhash Mohilla and Gokulpuri.
