Following bad weather, a helicopter of the Indian Air Force made an emergency landing in an open land near Amancherla village in Nellore district on Monday afternoon.

Cloudy weather was stated to be the reason for the force-landing of the chopper near the agricultural fields. For safety reasons, the pilot later flew the chopper and landed at the Police Parade Grounds on the suggestion of the district police authorities.
