NEW DELHI: Former Union Minister Vijay Goel has accused the Delhi Government of deliberately delaying allotment of spots for “tehbazari” vendors in the Capital by not informing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi about such spots available within its jurisdiction. Mr. Goel said about 1.5 lakh people had applied to the MCD for tehbazari allotment but it has been able to provide only 30,000 spots which fall under its jurisdiction.
