NEW DELHI: Bhartiya Janata Party leader Sushma Swaraj has urged the Centre to intervene in restoring the missing internal organs of British teenager Scarlette Keeling who was found dead some weeks ago in Goa under mysterious circumstances.

Making a special mention in the Rajya Sabha, she said it was a blow to the prestige of the country that some internal organs were removed during the two autopsies performed in Goa.

The State’s reply that this was done for “investigation” was “improper,” she said.
