Counsel for the Board conveyed this to a Division Bench of the Court comprising Justice Vijender Jain and Justice P.K. Bhasin in reply to a notice issued by it on a public interest litigation by a non-governmental organisation, Manav Adhikar Suraksha Samiti, seeking rescheduling of the examinations to cover the loss of teaching days in schools in the Capital due to the agitation against sealing .
