New Delhi: C.P. Sharma, a former Navy Commander, has come up with a book ‘GenNext…Yoga’. The book is based on his yogic experience -- eight years of self-healing and training others. “It is the result of an endeavour to seek solace from yoga driven by the necessity to combat ailments like arthritis, spondylitis, diabetes and blood pressure,” says Cdr. Sharma, who took voluntary retirement from the Navy in 1994. The book aims at providing ‘simple solutions to difficult problems’ by helping the readers design their own time table with its four-pronged approach through asanas, pranayams, mudra and acupressure.
