Jawaharlal Nehru University is the best university in the country, according to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council which has given the university a grade of 3.9 out of 4, the highest grade awarded to any educational institution in the country.
“We had to submit an evaluation report from every School of the university. The NAAC people were here from June 18 to 20,” said JNU faculty member and evaluation co-ordinator Chandrashekaran.
