As Parliament gears up for the Winter Session next week, the camera captures the most powerful building in the country shrouded in fog. The month of November has seen temperatures in the Capital city steadily on the decline, with smog and pollution filling the air. Though environmentalists say the smog has somewhat lifted, Diwali crackers are adding to the pollution levels.
