This refers to the Public Notice published by Mr. B.S. Saxena, Advocate, on behalf of his client, Mr. A.K. Dutta, in the November 6, 2005 issue of your esteemed daily. We are afraid that the above said Public Notice is not factually correct. The facts are that Mr. Dutta did pay us Rs. 5 lacs as earnest money on 7.2.2005 for the purchase of our property No. C-55, Inderpuri, New Delhi, but when he did not turn up for execution of the agreement even after the agreed to period of four months up to 7.6.2005, the amount stood forfeited in terms of agreement. Apart from this, he has made no payment as stated in the above Public Notice.
