Two men allegedly selling forged educational certificates have been arrested by the Delhi Police Crime Branch. The police claim to have seized fake mark-sheets and school leaving and migration certificates from them.

The accused were arrested this past week soon after a deal was struck for forged school documents on payment of Rs.20,000. They were identified as Lallan Kumar Rai and Narender Arora. The accused disclosed they would strike deals with the parents of weak students to arrange mark-sheets of open school boards and universities and other documents.
