Work resumes

at LPG unit

Refilling and transporting of LPG have been resumed at the Paripally plant of the Indian Oil Corporation. This follows the suspension of the five-day old strike demanding wage increase by the truck workers till June 5 on the basis of Labour Minister Shibu Baby John's promise to hold talks with the representatives of the IOC and the truck owners for settling the issue. The Minister said he would hold talks with IOC officials on Monday.
