The victim in the Vithura Sex scandal failed to identify the accused, for the third time in a row on Tuesday, once again forcing the Special court judge S. Shahjahan to declare her hostile.

On Tuesday, eight of the accused in four separate cases were present in the court, but the victim maintained that she could not identify them on account of the inordinate delay as the issues related to the case had appeared nearly 18 years back. The hearing of the victim in all the 15 cases now before the court are now over.
