The Vithura sex scandal case, in which the victim had failed to identify the accused, entered a crucial phase on Tuesday when the three magistrates who had conducted identification parades in the case authenticated their memorandum showing that she had identified them during the 1996-97 identification parades at the Special Court hearing the case.
