Train services will be regulated for 15 days from March 24 for maintenance work of the track between Changanasseri and Chengannur railway stations.

However, there will be no regulation of the trains on Fridays and Saturdays during the period which will end on April 13.

Rescheduled

Train No. 16629 Thiruvananthapuram–Mangalore Malabar Express leaving Thiruvananthapuram Central at 6.30 p.m. has been rescheduled and will start from here only at 11 p.m. (four hours and 30 minutes late).

Train 16347 Thiruvananthapuram–Mangalore Express scheduled to leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 8.40 p.m. will now depart at 10.45 p.m. (two hours 5 minutes late).

Train 56603 Thrissur-Kannur Passenger scheduled to leave at 5.55 a.m. will depart at 6.15 a.m. (20 minutes late).

Delay

Train 16311 Bikaner-Kochuveli Express, which operates on Thursdays, and train 19260 Bhavnagar-Kochuveli Express, which plies on Mondays, will be detained at Chingavanam or Changanasseri railway stations for one hour and 20 minutes, according to a press release issued by the Railways on Friday.
